NYCN Seeks Partner With ZMSACPHT In Substance Abuse Control Prohibition of Human Trafficking

National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Seeks Partnership with the Zamfara State Substance Abuse Control and Prohibition of Human Trafficking.

This was Stated by the State Chairman National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Comrade Nuradeen Salisu Maiahinkapha, in a advocacy visit to the Executive Secretary Zamfara State Substance Abuse Control and Prohibition of Human Trafficking Agency, Pharmacist Ishaq Ibrahim Anka.

Comrade Nuradeen Salisu Maishinkapha, Commended the State Government for upgrading the organization from a Directorate to the Agency.

Maishinkapha emphasized that the youth play a pivotal role in economic growth, urged the Agency to collaborate with the NYCN in addressing substance abuse and prohibition of human trafficking, “citing the National Youth Policy and National Action Plan on Youth Peace and Security”

Maishinkapha Thanked the Executive Secretary for the warm reception accord them, prayed Allah to guide, protect him to the Success of his Tenure.

Responding the Executive Secretary of the Agency Pharmacist Ishaq Ibrahim Anka,  acknowledged that NYCN is a critical stakeholder and maintains the status from National to grassroots in drug abuse control.

He further highlighted the activities of the Agency which included partnerships with security agencies and other stakeholders.

Similarly, the Executive Secretary maintained that there is a need for a high level of collaboration with the Council in reaching grassroots youth.

At the Visit Comrade Nuradeen Salisu Maishinkapha was acopaned by the State Secretary  Ismail Yakubu, Program Officer Mukhtar A Bushasha, and Organizing Secretary, Zamfara North Zakariya Haruna Liman.

Zamfara NSCDC Hosts Acting Provost FCET Gusau

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team.
