Zamfara State Speaker House of Assembly, Right Nasiru Mu'azu Magarya By Nasiru Abubakar   Zamfara state house of Assembly has ratified   nomination of three persons  for appointment into the state service whose names were submitted to it by the state government for screening and affirmation. The motion for the screening of the respective nominees was presented by Hon. Faruk Musa Dosara which the members of the House unanimously agreed upon in consideration of the nominees" track records. The screened nominees are Malam Sahabi Ahmad Mada, Malam Nura Makwashe and Malam Shehu Garba. In his brief after the  confirmation,  the Speaker of the House,  Hon. Nasiru Muazu Magarya called on the screened nominees to work with heart and mind to justify the confidence reposed in them. Magarya also charged them to contribute their quota towards  the socio -economic development of the state.

  From Haruna Muh'd Gusau    Zamfara state Zakat and Endowment board will introduce  p.o.s (E) payment to orphans and less privileged during the Ramadan fast financial walfare distribution in the state.   This was disclosed by the executive chairman of the board, Malan Abubakar ibn Sodangi during official meeting with the 17 Emirates members of the board  recently.    According to him, the board decided to introduce the new system of E- payment comply with central bank's cash less national policy .  He further noted that the board has made tangible arrangement to distribute Ramadan walfare package to 40,000 orphans and less privileged across all the 14 local government areas with a view to reduce the hardship facing orphans in the state.    He also said that the board will streamline the data it collected to give all Emirates council by ensuring that p.o.s (e) payment has being introduced to all the Emirate council in the state. From Aliyu Buhari Gusau Zamfara State Police Command under the leadership of Cp kolo Yusuf has arrested Eight (8) suspects for banditry related offences, criminal conspiracy and armed robbery.
