ASUP ABDU GUSAU POLYTECHNIC GET NEW EXECUTIVES.

The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics, Abdu Gusau Polytechnic Chapter has Elected new Executives to run the affairs of the Union in the next two years.

This was Contained in a press released Sign by the Public Relation officer of the polytechnic who double as the HOD Mass Communication Malan Aliyu Damri, and made available to the journalist, saying that, the Election held at the Staff's Comon room at the Polytechnic in Talata Mafara.


Those Elected are Chairman Malan Murtala Muhammad jangebe, Vice Chairman Malan Biliyaminu  Auwal,  Welfare Secretary, Malan Sani Musa, Auditor, Malan Bashar Labbo,  Treasurer Malan Ibrahim Jelaka Dansadau, 

Others  include, Financial Secretary Malan Mustapha Abubakar, Public  Relation Officer, Malan Umar Bello Na' Ibi, Assistant  Secretary,  Mrs Chinasa Ibrahim, while Lawali Bello Nahuce serve as Secretary General of the Union.


According to the press released, The Chairman Electoral Committee, Comrade Abubakar  Sadiq Isah Gora, Expressed Certification over the Election, and Commended the Management of the Polytechnic, for their Support and Cooperation toward the Success of the Election, 

The released Further said that, Comrade Abubakar Sadiq Expressed appreciation over the turnout of  Members of the Union, Calling on them to keep it up, described the election as the most peaceful election in the history of the Polytechnic.

"I promised to revive the Union, welfare, and promote the interest of my members, urged Members to support cooperate  to the success"  Chairman  said.

The released noted  that, Chairmen SSANIP, and NASUP, Malan Sanusi Kaka Talata Mafara, and Malan Bashar Rabi'u, of the Polytechnic described the election as free, fair, credible and peaceful.

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team. From Ibrahim G Ahmad   The Zamfara State Healthcare System have currently meet with challenge of brain drain due to the heinous activities of bandits and other criminals in the state. Dr. Aminu Abdullahi of Federal Medical Center (FMC) Gusau made the revelation in a presentation tittle "Internal Brain drain Prons  and Cons in Security Challenge state,  The presentation was made at the Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference organised by the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) FMC Gusau Chapter, held in Gusau.
