Balance reports before airing -------APC Chair tells Zamfara social media.

The Zamfara State Chairman of All progressive Congress, APC, Alhaji Tukur Umar Danfulani Maikatako has Called on Social media to balance their reports before airing.

The Chairman made the called during a 2 days Seminar/ award presentation organised by the  Belmat Media Chart (BMC) in the State. 

Danfulani who was represented by the State APC Secretary Umar Dangaladima (Gado Sonny) held at Universal Basic Education Training Centre bye pass Gusau, said the called became imperative as some social media create problem with unbalanced news. 

He described social media among the tools for communication, hence Commended them for their Support, Cooperation to the present administration of Governor Bello Matawalle, who proud of them.


Danfulani noted that, Social media has contributed emencely to the development of the state and urged them to balance their reporting. 

During the occasion, APC chairman donated the sum of two hundred thousand naira while his secretary donated fifty thousands naira to the Belmat media Chart in the State. 

In their Sprate Speeches, the Chairman and Secretary of Belmat media Chart, Malan Billiya Makama, and Malan Najib Alzamfari, explained that, the essence of the Seminar was to sensitize themselves on the ways to develop more support to Governor Matawalle come 2023 General Election.

They maintained that, Belmat media Chart has achieved a lot interms of payment of registration fees to students particularly those in ZACAS. 


In his remarked, Dr, Anas sale of department of mass communication Abdu Gusau polytechnic, described  social media as welcome development worldwide.

Also, Director Generals of Maintainance  Government house, ZIGDA, ZAPA, ZAGIS, Alhaji Abba Dan Madan, Alhaji Yahaya Tambari, Alhaji Ubaidu, expressed their satisfaction over the Seminar.

They both called on Belmat media Chart members to adhere what they learn during the Seminar, described the social media as the things that,  promote the interest of people worldwide.

The DGs assured to provide all neccessary support and assistance to uplift Belmat media Chart in the State.

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team.
