ZMSG Inaugurated 12 Man Planing Committee

Zamfara state Governor Dr, Bello Muhammad Matawalle has inaugurated a 12 man Development Planing Committee  in the state.

Those inaugurated are Chairman Professor Yusuf adamu tsafe, from Bayero University Kano, Members include  Head of service, Chief of Staff  Government House, 

Others are Commissioners of Budget and Economic Planning,  Education, Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management,  Agriculture, Health, followed by the  Special Advisers, SDGs, Strategy and Development, and  Permanent Secretaries of Ministry of Finance, and  Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning.

"The decision to constitute and inaugurate the Committee is born out of the government’s desire to establish a scientific and policy guided development strategy  in the state" Matawalle said.

“my administration decision to constitute the State Development Planing Committee is based on our understanding of development in its wide and multifaceted perspective" Matawalle added

“We have carefully drawn the membership of the committee from different walks of life, and we believe that they are experts and could carry out the task to our expectations.”

In the same vein, Matawalle inaugurated the State and Local Government Projects Monitoring Committees, to  monitor both the State and local government.

Those inaugurated are State project monitoring committee headed by Alhaji  Sanda Danjari kwatarkwashi, local Government monitoring committee,  Alhaji Suleiman Tunau Anka.

He urged the two committees to maintain high standards quality projects implementation and to report any issue of concern to the government for appropriate action.

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team. Dr. Aminu Abdullahi of Federal Medical Center (FMC) Gusau made the revelation in a presentation tittle "Internal Brain drain Prons  and Cons in Security Challenge state,  The presentation was made at the Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference organised by the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) FMC Gusau Chapter, held in Gusau.
