Zamfara women celebrate 2022 International day

Zamfara State Deputy Governor, Senator Hassan Muhammad  Nasiha has described women as the backbone  of every development.

The Deputy Governor stated this when he received the Commissioner for Women and Children affairs, Hajiya Zainab Lawal Gumi and thousands of women celebrating the 2022 International women day in his office.

He assured all necessary support, cooperation and assistance  to the women in the state, calling on them to unite so as to succeed.

Speaking earlier, the Commissioner, Hajiya Zainab Lawal Gumi, said that,  they were at the Deputy Governor's office to solicit support cooperation and assistance toward the success of women activities in the state.

Hajiya Zainab added that, women have a vital role to play in all activities and assured to support and cooperation with Governor Matawalle's administration.

She commended  the state government under the leadership of Governor Matawalle for assisting the women in the state,  calling on him to continue in that  direction.

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team. Dr. Aminu Abdullahi of Federal Medical Center (FMC) Gusau made the revelation in a presentation tittle "Internal Brain drain Prons  and Cons in Security Challenge state,  The presentation was made at the Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference organised by the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) FMC Gusau Chapter, held in Gusau.
