This was Contained in a press Statement sign by the Public Relation officer, Zamfara state house of Assembly, Mallam  Nasir Usman Biyabiki, issued to the journalist in Gusau the state capital.

According to Statement,  the assertion was made by the Speaker Zamfara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Nasiru Muázu Magarya (Shattiman Zurmi, Jarman Moriki) while addressing a group of journalists shortly after announcing the result at eagle square, Abuja.


“As the national ruling party with all it takes to anoint who is to be a flag bearer to run for president in the 2023 general elections, APC decided to allow every eligible member of the party who wishes to contest to try his luck,  “refers to a true democracy where equal opportunies are given to all party faithful” Magarya said


“The fully-fledged approach and enabling ground played by APC throughout the process was to allow the principle of justice and fairness to take its course as contained in the party constitution, it is against the immatured approach of imposition of candidates that also contravene our guiding principles as a party”  Speaker noted.


“ Governor Bello Matawalle has played a vital role that led to the success of presidential pramaries been him as the Chairman Venue sub-committe”  Magarya Explained.


“President Muhammadu Buhari,  all APC Governors and other stakeholders have been Commended for taking the pain to follow due process which hoped to be a source of success for the party in the 2023 general elections” Speaker said.


“ The Statement noted that, On behalf of the entire members of the Zamfara State House of Assembly, congratulations to His Excellency, the former Governor of Lagos state and APC national leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmad Tinibu for the onerous victory, may your triumph be the cradle of our (party) success at all levels and a source of more economic recovery, inspiration, peaceful living and socio-religious stability among Nigerians”

Magarya called on those who were not able to make it through the rigorous contest to take it as the will of Allah, appealed to all Nigerians to support the party in the 2023 general elections so as to consolidate what president Muhammadu Buhari commenced.

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team.
