ZMSG Charged the new Emirs to Redouble efforts in addressing Secuirity Challenges

The Zamfara State Government has charged newly enthroned Emir's in the state to redoule effort in addressing security challenges in their respective emirates.
The called was made by the State Deputy Governor Senator Hassan Muhammad (Jarman Gusau) during the formal presentation of appointment letters to the newly enthroned Emirs of Zurmi and Dansadau Emirates.
According to him leaders of the traditional institutions being them custodians of revered societal norms and values, have a greater role to play in the administration of justice to ensure a sustainable security atmosphere in their respective Emirates.
“The appointment of two royal fathers, Sarkin Zamfaran Zurmi Alhaji Muhammad Bello Suleman and Sarkin Kudun Dansadau Alhaji Garba Muhammad has been described as based on merit and positive recommendations by their respective kingmakers and reports from other concerned institutions on their good moral behaviours and track records of service to humanity” Senator Nasiha said. JJarman Gusau urged the new Emirs to carry their subjects along with all sincerity of purpose and justice, and to diversify all possible strategies for addressing security issues and ensure relaying promptly to the State Government situation report on major challenges for necessary action.
In their separate speeches, the Emirs of Zurmi and Dansadau, on behalf of their families and the entire people of the two Emirates, thanked the State Governor, Dr Bello Matawalle, his Deputy, Senator Hassan Muhammad and top of Government officials concerned for their contributions towards the realization of their dreams with their appointment as Emirs of their respective domains.
They assured the State Government of their unalloyed support and cooperation with all government policies and programmes for rapid socio-economic development of the State.
In attendance at the occasion were several prominent State political actors, Emir of Kaura Namoda Sarkin Kiyawa Alhaji Sanusi Muhammad Asha and his counterpart of Moriki Sarki Burmi Alhaji Bashir Ismaila Ari the Third, high-level civil servants, religious leaders, district heads from the two Emirates, prominant state political actors, youths, and well-wishers, among others.
