ZMSG Donated Land to National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools

    Zamfara state government has approved land for building of state secretariate of National Association of proprietors of private school's.

     The approval was given by the State Deputy Governor Distinguished Senator Hassan Muhammad Gusau(Jarman Gusau) while receiving the officials of the association, who paid him a curtsy visit in his office.

     The Jarman Gusau,   described the contributions of the private schools' proprietors in the development of education as enormous and a yardstick for measuring the indexes of the general development of all sectors of the economy in the State and the country in general.

       The Deputy Governor, on behalf of the State Governor and the good people of the State, expresses appreciation to the members of the association for establishing over six hundred and ten private schools across the fourteen local government areas of the State and providing teaching employment opportunities to over eighteen thousand people.

According him, the present administration of Governor, Bello Muhammad (Matawallen Maradun) is putting extra effort to ensure provision of all requirements for enhanced standard of education of children at all levels.

    He therefore thanked the leadership of proprietors for presenting him an award of excellence in education, also approved the allocation of a plot of land for the association to build their state secretariat in Gusau, the State capital.

     Speaking earlier, the State Chairman of the association, Dr,  Abdullahi Tukur (Madakin Bungudu) thanked the State Deputy Governor for granting them an audience despite his tied official schedules, and assured the State Government of their readiness to align themselves with all the policies and programmes as it affect education and general wellbeing of people in the State.

    Dr Abdullahi Tukur, on behalf of all members of his association, commended the positive initiatives and ideas of Governor, Bello Matawallen maradun in ensuring the restoration of peace and security in the State, and called on people to support the government in that direction.

     He further expressed gratitude to the government for bringing an end to their struggle of securing land for the said purpose.

      In attendance at the visit were the two Special Advisers to the Governor namely Engr Lawal Jibril Jangebe and Honourable Umar Kanoma Guga,as well as Director-General Alhaji Yusuf Garba Bisu, Alhaji Samaila Hussaini Kwangwami and Malam Yahuza Bala, among many others.
