Zamfara State Speaker Laud Local Governments Sub-Committees for ongoing Continuous Voters Registration in the State

Zamfara state Speaker House of Assembly/Chairman Main Coordating  Commitee Hon. Nasuru Mu'azu Magarya Commanded the  Local Governments Sub-Committees and other key stakeholders for the ongoing continuous voter registration exercise for their untiring support and commitments towards attaining the desired goals.

This was Contained in a press Release Sign by the Public Relation officer State House of Assembly Mallam Nasiru Usman Biyabiki Issue to the Journalist in Gusau.

According to press Release Hon. Nasuru Mu'azu Magarya  who was represented by the Secretary of the Committee Hon. Lawal M. Liman Gabdon Kaura, made the Commendation while receiving a progress report from the local government committees.

“The effort of the local government committees has derived the process to significant stage comparing the status of the state’s registered voters before and after the state government’s intervention” Speaker said.


Hon. Nasuru Mu'azu Magarya appealed to the Members of the local government committees to upheld their commitments in that direction, “the choice of Permanent Secretaries to serve as the secretaries of their respective local government committees was deliberate and is yielding a fruitful result. Your staunchness to change the narratives upon the number of registered voters in the state is commendable”


The Speaker also  commended His Excellency, Governor Bello Muhammad (Matawallen Maradun, Barden Kasar Hausa) for his foresight to intervene in the exercise,  callng on the general public to pray and support government’s policies and programmes especially those aimed at bringing peace in the state.


He described the government's intervention as timely and called on the eligible individuals to participate as the exercise is ongoing across the fourteen local governments

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team. Insecurity: Zamfara hospitals surfer brain drain - Doctor call rescue
