Zamfara State Government re-assured of full support, cooperation and assistance to the Zamfara  Police Command to the Success.

This was Contained in a press released signed by the Director General press affairs office of the state Deputy Governor, Comrade Babangida Umar Zurmi, issued to the journalists in Gusau the state capital.

According to the Press Released, the State Deputy Governor, Senator Hasan Muhammad Nasiha stated this when he welcoming the newly Posted Commissioner of Police CP Kolo Yusuf  who paid him a courtesy Visit in his office. 

Senator Hasan Nasiha, discribed the Posting of CP Kolo Yusuf in the State as welcome development, to the people of the state, assured of all necessary support and assistance to Security Personels to the Success of insecuirity in the State.

Speaking earlier, the Commissioner of Police  CP Yusuf Kolo said he is at the Deputy Governor's Office to formally present himself to the Governor as the newly posted Commissioner of Police to make himself familiar with all the government officials  and seek the government support for him to succeed in the discharge of his official responsibilities.

CP Kolo, while appreciating the high level of hospitality accorded him by the Deputy Governor on behalf of Governor Bello Muhammad Matawalle, also promised to carry out his duties according to the law.

In attendance at the visit the Secretary to the .m mm Alhaji Kabiru Balarabe Lamidon Kaura, State Head of Service Alhaji Kabiru Muhammad Gayari, Chief of Staff Government House Alhaji Ibrahim Suleman  and some members of the State Executive Council, among others.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD).
