GOVERNOR BELLO MATAWALLE RECEIVED OVER ONE MILLION YOUTHS IN SOLIDARITY FOR HIS RE_ELECTION.

      Zamfara state Governor Dr, Bello Muhammad Matawallen Maradun received two hundred million Naira from Zamfara youths for his campaign in general election 2023.

     Addressing the congregation of the Youths at Government House Gusau, the Governor expressed optimism and appreciation for the wise decision taken by the youths in demonstrating to the public their support for his re-electing Governor for the second time.

       The Governor who was represented by his Deputy Senator Hassan Muhammad (Jarman Gusau), explained that,  despite all challenges, Matawalle's administration was able to deliver satisfactorily to the expectations of his people especially in the area of youths inclusiveness in governance, curtailing the challenge of insecurity to the minimum bearing level, providing employment opportunities to the teaming graduating youths across all MDA's, and general overhauling of health and education sectors of the economy by constructing 147 primary healthcare centers across the State.

   Adding that, Others were the construction and renovation of over two thousand primary schools, the construction of township roads in the State Capital and other major towns in the State, sponsoring of over two hundred zamfara indigenous students to study health and engineering-related courses abroad, and readjusting the State Government House structure to the global standard, to mention but a few." He said.

   Senator Gusau expressed satisfaction with the youth's initiative of complementing the giant stride made in the efforts being strived by Matawalle's administration to transform the State within the shortest possible time. 

    The Deputy Governor also used the medium and thanked the organizers of the one million youths march led by Honorable Yazid Shehu Danfulani in support of Bola Ahmad Tinibu and Governor Matawalle in the forthcoming general elections, and reassured the State government's commitment to sustain its stride in good governance and wished everyone journey mercy back to their respective destinations.

    Earlier speaking, the initiator of the mobilization Hon Commissioner Yazid Shehu Danfulani and Chairman of the Youths Committee for the Re-election of Governor Bello Matawale called on the youths at all levels to value and consider the utmost priority accorded them by Governor Bello Matawalle and champion his re-election.

     Also speaking, the Speaker Zamfara State House of Assembly Rt Hon Nasiru Mu'azu Magarya, Hon Commissioner of Finance Alhaji Sufyanu Bashir Yuguda, Commissioner of works Alhaji Rabi'u Garba, and Executive Secretary ZAMCHEMA Dr. Abdulkadir Aliyu Shinkafi called on the general public especially youths to ensure collection of their PVC at designated INEC offices across the State.

     They also use the opportunity and advised the youths not to engage themself in any form of political thuggery, saying they should rather continue to participate actively and positively in contributing their quoter to the good policies and programs of the present administration aimed at moving the State to the next level of development.

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team.
