We'll support any lawful Association --- Zamfara NSCDC

The Zamfara State Commandant of Nigeria Security and civil defence corps (NSCDC) Muhammad Bello Muazu has reiterated Corps resolve to provide maximum support to any lawful association in the state.

This was contained in a press statement signed by the spokesperson of the command Ikor Oche SC, issued to the truth newspaper in Gusau.

Commandant Muhammad Bello  gave the assurance when the leadership of the Zabarkano Association Of Nigeria Zamfara State chapter led by Alh. Yahaya Ishaq paid him courtesy visit in his office. 

According to him, his door is always open for any lawful association.

He admonished the group to collaborate with the Corps and other security agencies  in order to combat effectively the ravaging crime wave in the  State.

“The Corps is by its Act of 2003 and 2007 as amended  saddled with the primary responsibility to monitor the activities of trade Unions and Associations in the country”

He urged leadership of the Association  to effectively galvanize all its members and enlighten them to stay out of crime.

In his remarks,the leader of the Zabarkano Association Of Nigeria Zamfara State chapter Alhaji Yahaya Ishaq said that NSCDC is considered to be civilian friendly.

He maintained that the essence of the  visit was to introduce and familiarize the newly elected executive members of the Association to the Corps.

Yahaya ishaq thanked the Commandant Muhammad bello muazu for the warm reception accorded to them.

He eulogized the Corps in the fight against insecurity in the state and reiterated the resolve of the Zabarmawa Apex association to collaborate and led their support to the Corps in the fight against insecurity and crime in the state.

Zamfara NSCDC Hosts Acting Provost FCET Gusau

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team.
