Old Boys donates Uniforms,books to Orphans,less privilege Persons in Zamfara

The class of 1999 Sambo Secondary school old boys in Gusau, Zamfara state has distributed 100 school uniforms, 300 books to orphans and less previlege students in the school. 

Presenting the items to the  beneficiaries, former principal and former permanent secretary, Mallam salihu Anka, said only orphans and less privilege were selected to benefit from the gesture.

Mallam Salihu Anka called on beneficiaries to utilize the items given to them judiciously.

He commended the efforts of  the old boys for distributing the items, called on other old boys to emulate the 1999 set of students by assisting orphans and less previlege.

In his remarks the Chairman sambo secondary school old boys 1999, Mallam Abdulhakim Ahmad said the distribution of school uniforms and books was part of their effort to assist orphans and less previlege students in the state.


Abdulhakim  explained that, they personally selected  orphans and less previlege students who would benefit from the gesture during school assembly.

The chairman appreciated the efforts of some personality for responding to their invitation and attended the program, and prayed  for safe return to their various destinations.


In his speech the provost Zamfara collage of art and science, Dr Yakubu sanusi PhD expressed happiness over the distribution exercise.

He discribed the gesture as a welcome development to the orphans and less privilege students of the school.
