Association Married out over 1,800 Widows, Divorcees in Zamfara

The Zamfara state Branch, Association of Widows and Divorcees has married out  1,836 members in the state.

This was stated by the Chairman widows and Divorcees association of Zamfara state Sa'idu Alhaji Goje in an interview with the Truth newspaper in Gusau.

Sa'idu Alhaji goje said the association was created 20 years a go and has achieved a lot.

"We have started with 30 widows and Divorce women, now we have over fourteen thousands both widows and Divorced women registered in the state".

He described the association as welcome development to widows and Divorcees women to people in the state

Goje commended people of the state for their support and assistance to the association in one way or the other, called on them to continue with the gesture.

“We have widows and Divorced women who register with the association with aim to have husband"

He appreciated state government and some individuals  that assisted the association in the state.

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team. Dr. Aminu Abdullahi of Federal Medical Center (FMC) Gusau made the revelation in a presentation tittle "Internal Brain drain Prons  and Cons in Security Challenge state,  The presentation was made at the Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference organised by the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) FMC Gusau Chapter, held in Gusau.
