Zamfara govt facilitates examination of its indigenes studying in Sudan

The zamfara state Government has facilitate the examination of it's indigenes, which is conducted by the Sudan International University (SIU)lectures.
    
The examination is to be conducted at Usman Danfodio University sokoto for the students studying Nursing Sciences at their final year. The students were deported to Nigeria due to current war in Sudan.This happened two( 2) weeks before the final examination date.
    
Earlier before the facilitating institution wanted to send the students to Rwanda,Somalia and Tanzania,for their final examination. But with the mutual understanding between zamfara state Government and the University. 

The state Government sponsored the lectures from Sudan International University to come to Nigeria, using Usman Danfodio University sokoto as their centre to conduct the examination mark he sheets,so that they Will only wait for their certificates.
      
The state Government will also facilitate the absorption of the remaining students studying MBBS and other paramediical course,in to Nigerian Universities. The student of Sudan International University numbering (66) are among the 200 students sponsored abroad to sturdy various courses.
    
This is the commitment of the present Administration of His Excellency Dr, Dauda Lawal (PHD)to boost Education and man power need of the state.
      
Our correspondent reports that, those accompanied the 14 students to sokoto were the permanent secretary ministry of education, science and technology Dr, Barira Ibrahim Bagobiri (PHD), Acting Executive Secretary scholarship Board, Director of Administration, Director students matters and mallam, Usman a resident in Sudan as guide to the lectures of International University of medical science and technology Sudan.

Zamfara NSCDC Hosts Acting Provost FCET Gusau

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team. Insecurity: Zamfara hospitals surfer brain drain - Doctor call rescue

Dr. Aminu Abdullahi of Federal Medical Center (FMC) Gusau made the revelation in a presentation tittle "Internal Brain drain Prons  and Cons in Security Challenge state,  The presentation was made at the Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference organised by the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) FMC Gusau Chapter, held in Gusau.
