The Zamfara State  Chairman of Bread sellers association  Alhaji Yusuf Usman has appealed to Federal Government on the need look inwards on the current hike of price for bread making provisions in the country.

Alhaji Yusuf Usman made the call in an interview with newsmen in his office in Gusau the state capital.

According to him, the call became imperative considering the fact that,  majority of Nigerians were not afford to buy bread following the socioeconomic hardship do to rising up of price of commodities almost on daily basis .

Yusuf Usman further lamented  that, majority of bread and confectioneries houses have  shutdown as a result of high prices of relevant bread making  materials. 

He also pointed out that  the price of bread has increased following the hike in the prices of ingredients used by the bakers.

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team. Dr. Aminu Abdullahi of Federal Medical Center (FMC) Gusau made the revelation in a presentation tittle "Internal Brain drain Prons  and Cons in Security Challenge state,  The presentation was made at the Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference organised by the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) FMC Gusau Chapter, held in Gusau.
