Zamfara State Chairman cattle Sellers association, Comrade Aminu Garba has Commanded Gov, dauda lawal for creating Community protection Guards.

Comrade Aminu Garba made the commendation in an interview with the truth newspapers in Gusau the state capital.

Comrade Aminu Garba said the Commendation became imperative considering the insecurity bedveil the state, also  Commeded the security personals for their effort to end insecurity in the state.

He also loud his members for their unity, called on them to maintain the tempo.

He called on state government to assist them in one way or the other for it succeed.

He called on people of the state to continue praying for Peace and stability in the state. “no society would develop without peace”

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). In a Press Statement signed by the centre’ s Public Relation Officer, Dr. Naziru Tukur and made available to newsmen, said modalities have been put in place to ensure the actualisation of the upgrade. “The Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) currently offers five accredited medical programmes, with students already in 200 level” “The centre’s management has intensified efforts in providing critical infrastructure for teaching and learning at the facility,” the statement read.
