Zamfara : Association of Master Bakers and Caterehas has been called upon to always be law abiding

The Association of Master Bakers and Caterers of Nigeria, Zamfara state chapter, has been called upon to always be law abiding in the state.
The call was made by the Vice Chairman of the association in the state, Alhaji Usman Shehu Shukura during a briefing with press men in his office in Gusau.
According to him, the association is ready to accept any rule and regulations made by zamfara state government with a view to restore peace and tranquility among the general republic.in the state.
Recall that Zamfara state government had recently banned bread hawking on motorcycles, as well as on specified motor cars in the state.
Alhaji Shehu Shukura also advised the members across the 14 local government areas in Zamfara state to always maintain law and order especially on issues concerning insecurity in the state. He said anything that can restore peace in the state, the association will welcome and support it.
The Vice Chairman revealed that the association faces serious problems due daily price increase of ingredients and essential commodities needed to make bread. He used the medium and appealed to the federal and state governments to intervention in to matters because many bakeries in the state had stopped production.
He added that now the state government has banned the selling of bread on motorcycles and motor cars, major part of the baking business will be conducted without this vehicles of transportation we hope Government can intervene in the matters and find out substitute ways to continue conduct our business in the state.
In another development, the Association of Master Bakers and Caterers of Nigeria, Zamfara state chapter has embarked on strike across the 14 local government areas of zamfara state.
