KDSG HOLDS 5DAYS TRAINING TO 20 MANAGEMENT STAFFS OF STATE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY

  In his efforts to enhance the capacity of the state's Civil Service, the Kaduna state government, under the leadership of governor Uba Sani, in collaborations with S. Mazadu & Co. Chartered Accountants, have holds 5day straining to Twenty management staffs of the state Public Procurement Authority (KDPPA)

 The 5 days training which organised under the Office of the state Head of Civil Service, which recently held at Asaa Pyramid in Kaduna.

 Speaking with newsmen's, the Director General Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority, (KDPPA), Engineer Aminu Sanusi Birnin Yero, said "the essence of this training is to bridge the gap between the theories and the practical aspect of the profession.

The Director General however, confident that authority management staffs attended the training will impacts the knowledge acquired, and will fostered their capacity for accountability and transparency in the organisation.

 " I'm satisfied with the overall performance of both the participants and the facilitators, "it's really commendable the way they shown passion during the refreshment excises."

 He further commended the governor Uba Sani for given the approval to conduct the sensitation program as well and the office of head of civil service Kaduna state.

  The principle partner and the Lead Consultant of S. Mazadu &  Co.Chartered Accountants, Dr Saifullahi Abdullahi, said that "Procurement is all about the issues that's deal with contracts awards, and it deal with public social amenities.

  " the citizens need to secure their resources in making sure don't waste, and make sure that thei resources had been use judiciously”

  He however explained that, "my expectations is to see the participants improved in terms of capacity and more commitment for their work better.

 Dr Saifullahi Sanusi, also saluted the state governor Malam Uba Sani for his tremendous efforts of enhancing and development the civil servants capacity through training or workshops for efficiency, accountability and transparency.

  Hajiya Aisha Abdu Muhammad, who is the Secretary also the Legal Adviser KDPPA, described the training as interested because they have learned ally from the facilitators and also they have learned from us the participants.

 She further noted that, "the Procurement comprises every things from the start of contracts processing up to the end of contracts awarding, and how it canbe efficient transparents and how to get value project.

 Another participants speaking With news men, Mr Paschal Katung Nickaf, the Director Assets Disposal KDPPA, however explained that, "the training is aims to enhance in developing the overall management staffs capacity building.

 He commended the facilitators for their immense contributions, also advised his fellows colleagues to always adhere with all relevance law,regulations and guidelines that governed the authority.
