NGO DISTRIBUTES RAMADAN WALFARE PACKAGE TO IDP, DISABLE, AND LESS PRIVILEGED IN ZAMFARA.

  A Non governmental organization based in Gusau, Zamfara state, Human Appeal, has distributed Ramadan welfare package to internally displaced persons, less privileged and physically challenged persons in the state.

   The programme was held at the Zakkat 2 plaza in Gusau, the Zamfara state capital.

   The Human Appeal representative, Alhaji Ibrahim Tudu who is also a chairman of coalition of NGO in zamfara state, distributed the gesture to beneficiaries which comprising, Rice, Beans, maize,palm oil, gradnut oil and cash respectively.

According to him the human Appeal Is a non governmental organization which has the headquarters in united kingdom and other European countries in the world, added that the organization they use to give this assist every year before Ramadan fast begin in all the states in Nigeria as well as other countries in the world.

  He further stated that this year fast feed 2024 the human Appeal appointed powerful committee to   select different categories of beneficiaries which included,less privileged, physical challenges People, and internally displaced persons across the 14 local government areas of Zamfara state.

  The chairman of coalition of NGO in the state, Alhaji Ibrahim Tudu also advised the beneficiaries to use the gesture judiciously   and called on them to use the period of Ramadan and pray for peace and tranquility to restore in zamfara state and nation at large.

  The weekly legacy newspaper correspondent during the distribution of the gesture interview with one beneficiary Nasiru Muhammad, thanked the Human Appeal for selecting him to be among the beneficiaries and called on philanthropists in the state to emulate them through providing feeding programme centres in Zamfara because of Ramadan period with view to get double reward from Allah.
