NLJ loud Lawmaker for donating $64.9 us dollars to the union --- Chairman

The  Nigeria League of Journalists applauded Member of the National House of assembly Representative Honourable Isah Mohammed Anka, representing Anka/Mafara Federal Constituency, for the solidarity extended to the union's activities,  describing it as a new dawn for both the union and the house member.

This was stated by the Chairman Nigeria league of journalists, Mr, Abubakar Abdullahi, when he received the sum of $64.9 Us dollars donated by the Honorable member representing Anka/Mafara federal house of assembly representative, hon, isah Mohammed, through his coordinator Talata Mafara, Mr, Faruk Mohammad.

Receiving the cash donation Mr, Abubakar Abdullahi thanked the honorable isah Mohammed for the gesture, assured to utilize the cash given to them judiciously, discribed the relationship between the hon. Member and the union is been cordial.

“This kind gesture provides proof of Hon. Isah Mohammed Anka's passion for good democratic representation and good governance, improving the proliferation of top-notch journalism and journalists in the area” 

Mr, Abubakar Abdullahi reassuring the honorable member of the union's support towards projecting the activities of his leadership, “as members of his constituency and  as a watchdog of society, we are committed towards ensuring that he delivers the best political representation and democratic accountability in the constituency”

"We truly appreciate your care, and this marks the beginning of a new chapter in our story." Mr, Abubakar noted.

“The union and its members will not take this a change from the recent past for granted”

As Zamfara State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), sets out plans to inaugurate it's offshoot Chapel in Talata Mafara.
