NSCDC assures Cooperation with CPG in fight against brigandage in Zamfara

The Zamfara  State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps  Sani Mustapha has assured cooperation with the  Zamfara State Community Protection Guards  in the fight against brigandage in the State.

This was contained in a statement signed by the spokesperson of the command Ikor Oche SC, issued to the truth newspapers in Gusau the state capital.

According to the Ikor Oche SC, Commandant Sani Mustapha gave the assurance when he hosted the leadership of the Zamfara State Community Protection Guards, “ASKARAWA” at the NSCDC State Headquarters Gusau.

Commandant Sani Mustapha said the CPG is a child of necessity that needs to be encouraged in other to carry out the herculean task assigned to it. He urged the leadership of the CPG not to hesitate in liaising  with the Corps in other to ease the Prosecution of their mandates. 

Earlier, Col. Yandoto Rtd who led the team, eulogized the roles NSCDC has played so far in the fight against brigandage in the state. The Army veteran said that, the essence of the visit was to canvass for the holistic support of the Corps to CPG

The Rtd. Col. emphasizes on synergy and collaboration amongst all agencies to stem the tide of insecurity in the state.

Zamfara NSCDC Hosts Acting Provost FCET Gusau

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team. Insecurity: Zamfara hospitals surfer brain drain - Doctor call rescue

Dr. Aminu Abdullahi of Federal Medical Center (FMC) Gusau made the revelation in a presentation tittle "Internal Brain drain Prons  and Cons in Security Challenge state,  The presentation was made at the Annual General Meeting and Scientific Conference organised by the Association of Resident Doctors (ARD) FMC Gusau Chapter, held in Gusau.
