TUNUBU DONATES 700 BAGS OF RICE TO MEMBERS OF NUJ AS RAMADAN WELFARE

The president Bola Ahmad Tunubu GCFR, has donated walfare Ramadan package to members of Nigeria union of journalists (ÑUJ) in Zone A ( Northwest).
This was contain in a press statement signed and release by ÑUJ Zonal A secretary comrade Abdulrazakaz Bello Kaura available to the weekly Legacy newspaper.
According to the statement each of the councils within ÑUJ Zone A , comprising, jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, kebbi, sokoto and zamfara states, received 100 bags of Rice ensuring equitable distribution among members. The ÑUJ Zonal office coordinated the transportation and distribution of Rice to ensure timely delivery to journalists across the region.
The statement further stated that the Ramadan walfare facilitated by the office of the National security Adviser through the special Assistant to the president on print media underscores president Tunubu's commitment to supporting the walfare of journalists in the region.
The statement also expresses sincere gratitude to the Excellency president Bola Ahmad Tunubu GCFR for his generous contribution of 700 bags of 5kG rice for Ramadan walfare to members of Nigerian union of journalists (ÑUJ) in zone A ( Northwest).
The release statement further stated that " we extend our heartfelt thanks to president Tunubu for his generous gesture", said Malan Tukur Muhammad Umar vice president of ÑUJ Zone. A . This contribution demonstrates his recognition of the vital role journalists play im society and his commitment to their well-being."
The zonal office of the NUJ emphasized the significance of this walfare, nothing that it is the first time journalists in the region have received such support directly from Tunubu to continue including journalists in walfare packages enabling them to enjoy the dividends of Democracy under the current administration.
NUJ Zone ,A r.emains committed to serving it's members and appreciates the continued support of president Tunubu and Nigerian Government.
