NSCDC ready to synergy with the Community protection Guard in Zamfara -- Commandant

Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria security and civil defence corps has reiterated that the Corps is ready to synergize with the State Community Protection Guard “Askarawa”
In a press statement signed by the spokesperson of the command Ikor Oche SC, issued to the truth newspapers in Gusau.
According to the Ikor Oche SC, Commandant Sani Mustapha, stated this during an interactive session with the new leadership of the State paramilitary outfit at the NSCDC headquarters Gusau.
“CPG is a child of necessity and as such , it will be given every enabling support by the Corps to strive” Commandant said.
Commandant Sani Mustapha assured the CPG leadership of the unwavering support of the Corps to make it efficacious in its services.
Meanwhile, the leadership of the CPG led by the new Commandant, Brigadier General L. B Mohammed RTD. appraised the collaboration the Corps had hitherto established with the CPG since inception.
He therefore solicited for a continuous synergy with the Corps in order to curb the brigandage that has bedeviled the State.
The CPG Commander, Brigadier General L.B Mohammed RTD stressed that NSCDC has all it takes to assist the CPG in the fight against brigands.
He therefore appealed to the Corps to redouble its support where necessary for optimum result.
