PDP aspirant Contesting for Local Government Chairman escape Dead in Zamfara

People Democratic party Aspirant Contesting for Bukkuyum Local Government Chairman  Hon Umar A Faru (Customs) escape dead.

Hon Umar Faru Stated this shortly after a PDP Stakeholders Meeting held at Bukkuyum today.

Hon Umar Faru accused Sole adminstrator of Bukkuyum Local Government Hon Nasiru Muhammad DG for hiring  thuggery from Zuru, Sokoto and Riba to destroy him.

“The popularity that I have  for the people of  Bukkuyum that was make Hon Nasiru Muhammad DG jealous, that is why he took a bad step to harm me, described it as a big disappointment” A Faru Said.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). In a Press Statement signed by the centre’ s Public Relation Officer, Dr. Naziru Tukur and made available to newsmen, said modalities have been put in place to ensure the actualisation of the upgrade. “The Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) currently offers five accredited medical programmes, with students already in 200 level” “The centre’s management has intensified efforts in providing critical infrastructure for teaching and learning at the facility,” the statement read.
