Fromer Zamfara State Lawmaker representing Zurmi north Hon Salihu Usman Zurmi Says in December 2024 Banks would Tooks him to Court, called Zamfara government intervention.

Hon Salihu Usman Zurmi made the call in an interview with journalists in Gusau.

Hon Salisu narrated that, he was collected loans from Banks during his staying  in the State House of Assembly, ”I Spend almost 18 Month a sight no allowance"

Hon. salihu Zurmi Seeks for Government intervention as it promised.

He urged State government to settle the problems of the contestant of councilorship.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). In a Press Statement signed by the centre’ s Public Relation Officer, Dr. Naziru Tukur and made available to newsmen, said modalities have been put in place to ensure the actualisation of the upgrade. “The Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) currently offers five accredited medical programmes, with students already in 200 level” “The centre’s management has intensified efforts in providing critical infrastructure for teaching and learning at the facility,” the statement read.
