Zamfara : Nuj Correspondents Chapel partner Defence Minister to train northwest Journalists on security reportage

The Correspondent's Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ),  Zamfara State Council partner Office of the Minister of State for Defence, Alhaji Bello Matawalle to train Northwest Journalists on security reportage.

This was contained in a statement by Chapel Chairman Comrade Ishaq Zaki and made available to newsmen in Gusau on Monday

Zaki said the Chapel had set up 13-Man Committee for the smooth conduct of Seminar to Journalists, Social Media influencers across the North West Geopolitical Zone on.

“The minister have already give us the go ahead to plan the workshop and summit the proposal for action” he said

“The 13 man committee were selected based on confidence and track record of each person, so do your best to ensure target objective had achieved”

The Committee Members include, 
Umar Muhammad Maradun, of Daily Independent Newspaper as Chairman.
Maiharaji Altine Salah,  of Punch Newspapers  Member.
Comrade Ibrahim Kanoma of the Defender Newspaper Member,
Idris Salisu, of Leadership Newspapers Member.
Babangida Ibrahim AIT member.
Theophilus Darofai, TVC member.
Silas Adamu, AIT Member.

Others are Sanusi Muhammad, of  Blueprints Newspapers, Member.
Abdullahi Abdurrahaman Chakwa, of DITV. Member.
Husaini Yero, Leadership Hausa, Member.
Aminu Abubakar Mayanchi, Chapel's Secretary Member, Aminu Dalhatu of FRCN and
Ibrahim Ahmad Gada, NUJ State Council Secretary to serve as Secretary of the Committee. 

“The committee were mandated to work hard in achieving the target objective”
