The Chairman Nigeria Medical Association Zamfara State Chapter Doctor Ibrahim Jibril (Hano) says Poor Salary and Insecuirity, makes Doctors Terminates their Service in Zamfara State.
Chairman Nigeria Medical Association Doctor Ibrahim Jibril (Hano) who is working with the Federal Medical Centre Gusau, Stated this in an interview with the truth newspapers in his office in Gusau the State Capital.
According to the Doctor Ibrahim said, some of the Doctors Terminate their Service relocate to other State, while Some to other Country, do to the poor Salary and Insecurity in the State, “One of our Member kill set his residence amblaze, while some abducted pays their ramson in the State.
Doctor Ibrahim Hano Expressed dismay for the doctors that Leaves their State or Country to render their Service else were, Called on the remaining Doctors to please stay save and render their Service effectively for the benefits of People of the State..
“Every 3 Month we made a Compress and Workshop, aims to wash Doctors Brain's about the healthcare delivery, so as to Maintain their position” Hano noted.
Doctor Ibrahim Hano Commended the Federal University Gusau for Established Health department in the University, also the Majority of the Students is an Indigens of Zamfara which is proud off.
Hano Commended the State Governor Dr, Dauda Lawal for his efforts of providing adquates Facilities in healthcare, called on him to installs CT Scaning Machine other equipment to the Hospitals for Smooth runing.
