Federal Road Safety Corps has Deployes 526 Personels, 13 Operational Vehicles, 2 Ambulance, 1 Tow truck, 46 Special Marshall, for Good Friday  Easter Monday Celebration in Zamfara State.

In a Press Statement Signed by the Sporksperson of FRSC Isah Aliyu Issued to the Journalist in Gusau the State Capital.

According to the Statement, Sector Commander Tijjani Illiyasu has Confirm the deployment of Personals, other Operational Vehicles, to over see, and Monitor the People during and after the Celebration.

“Strategic Initiative to Work with Other Secuirity Agencies for Information Gathering and Sharing aimed at Forestalling Posible threats to Operational A ctivities in the State”

The Statement noted that, FRSC is Working with the Relevant Stakeholders to Sensitize and Educate Fleet Operations Towards a safe Drive and Rtc Free Environment.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). In a Press Statement signed by the centre’ s Public Relation Officer, Dr. Naziru Tukur and made available to newsmen, said modalities have been put in place to ensure the actualisation of the upgrade. “The Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) currently offers five accredited medical programmes, with students already in 200 level” “The centre’s management has intensified efforts in providing critical infrastructure for teaching and learning at the facility,” the statement read.
