According to the Statement, the Sector Commander Said the visit was to Seek the Emir Support in discharging his Statutory responsibilities as the new Sector Commander in the State, also thanked the Emir for the Warm reception accord to them, prayed Allah to protect and guide him to the Success.

Responding the Emir of Gusau Dr, Ibrahim Bello, thanked Sector Commander for the Visit, assured to Support Cooperate with FRSC to the Success, prayed Allah to Protect guide the new Sector Commander for the Success.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). In a Press Statement signed by the centre’ s Public Relation Officer, Dr. Naziru Tukur and made available to newsmen, said modalities have been put in place to ensure the actualisation of the upgrade. “The Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) currently offers five accredited medical programmes, with students already in 200 level” “The centre’s management has intensified efforts in providing critical infrastructure for teaching and learning at the facility,” the statement read.
