2025 Democracy Day : NSCDC Deploys 680 Personel in Zamfara

The Nigeria Secuirity and Civil defence Corps has deploys 680 Personel to Safeguard live and Properties of  Citizens across the 14 Local government areas of Zamfara State.

In a Press Statement Signed by the Sporksperson of NSCDC, Umar Muhammad issued to the Journalists in Gusau the State Capital.

According to the Statement CC Sani Mustapha has Confirm the deployment, assured citizens of a hitch free democracy celebration.

Sani Mustapha emphasizing all critical national assets and infrastructure within the state shall be manned effectively against possible vandalization. 

He further affirmed consistency and display of professionalism from the NSCDC personnel in the discharge of their duties.

Mustapha proclaimed NSCDC under the initiative and imperative leadership of the Commandant General, Dr. Ahmed Abubakar Audi OFR mni is determined to act as mandated and Zamfara state command shall conform vibrantly.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). In a Press Statement signed by the centre’ s Public Relation Officer, Dr. Naziru Tukur and made available to newsmen, said modalities have been put in place to ensure the actualisation of the upgrade. “The Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) currently offers five accredited medical programmes, with students already in 200 level” “The centre’s management has intensified efforts in providing critical infrastructure for teaching and learning at the facility,” the statement read.
