Federal Road Safety Corps Zamfara State Command has Conducted one day Workshop for Unit head Operations of Components  

In a Press Statement Signed by the Spokesperson of FRSC, Isah Aliyu Kankara issued to the Journalists in Gusau the Capital city.

According to the Isah Aliyu  the Workshop theme: Improving the operational efficiency of the patrol men.

Isah Aliyu further said that, Sector Commander, CC Aliyu Ma'aji urged the Unit head enforcement on OverLoading, Route Violations, Reckless Driving Over Speeding among others.

Aliyu Ma'aji Called  them to intensify public Enlightenment and Enforcement in the state, 

He Uged motoring public to drive with caution and always be Road Discipline.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). In a Press Statement signed by the centre’ s Public Relation Officer, Dr. Naziru Tukur and made available to newsmen, said modalities have been put in place to ensure the actualisation of the upgrade. “The Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) currently offers five accredited medical programmes, with students already in 200 level” “The centre’s management has intensified efforts in providing critical infrastructure for teaching and learning at the facility,” the statement read.
