Aminu Ishaka Emerges as the New Chairman of Nigeria Legion in Zamfara

Nigeria Legion has Elected new Executives to run the affairs of Association in Zamfara State.

The Election held at Universal Basic Education Boad bypass road in Gusau, the State capital.

Announcing the results, Mr elameje hassan james  said Aminu Ishaka and other Contestant returns on oppose, while Aminu Ishaka emerged as the new Chairman, 

Mr, James  charged the new Leaders to justify the confidence repose in them, and carry every a lone.

James has described the Election as free, fear and credible

In his Speech the out going Chairman, Aminu Mada expressed happiness over the election, Congratulate the new Executives for their Victory, also assured to support the new leaders to the success of their tenure.

In his acceptance Speech the new Chairman of the Legion, Aminu Ishaka, thanked the Members for their turn out to vote them, assured to justify the confidence repose on them, and carry every one a lone,

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). In a Press Statement signed by the centre’ s Public Relation Officer, Dr. Naziru Tukur and made available to newsmen, said modalities have been put in place to ensure the actualisation of the upgrade. “The Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) currently offers five accredited medical programmes, with students already in 200 level” “The centre’s management has intensified efforts in providing critical infrastructure for teaching and learning at the facility,” the statement read.
