People Democratic Party Women's Forum has award wife of Governor Dauda Lawal, Dr, Huriyya,  in Zamfara State

Presenting the award to her Excellency Dr, Hiriyya at the People Democratic Party headquarters in Gusau,  PDP Women Leader Hajiya Farida Madawaki  said they were gathered both PDP leaders and Members from 147 wards across the 14 Local Government to Welcome, and witness the Presentation of the award to her Excellency.

Farida Madawaki Said the award is became Imperatives Considering the effort of her Excellency made to the Orphans, Less privilledge and Women in the State

Hajiya Farida described the award as timely, assured to Continues support the Governor Dauda policy and Programs for him to Succeed.

She Commended the Women for their turn out to welcome her Excellency Dr, Huriyya Dauda Lawal, urged them to remain united.

She Welcome all deginitries that honouring invitation to attend the  program, prayed Allah to returned them back to their resfectives destination selfly.

Speaking at the event State Chairman People Democratic Party Dr, Jamil Jibo Magayaki, Commended Her Excellency Dr, Huriyya Dauda for their effort to assist women in the State, called on her Continue in tbat direction.

He reaffirm his Commitment to Support Governor Dauda Lawal for his Secon term.

In her Speech, her Excellency Dr, Huriyya Dauda Lawal, thanked the PDP Women's Forum for the award, reassured to Continues Support and assist Women in the State.


Dr, Huriyya Dauda Donated #20,000 and wrapper atamfa to each of the Member of the PDP Women Forum.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). In a Press Statement signed by the centre’ s Public Relation Officer, Dr. Naziru Tukur and made available to newsmen, said modalities have been put in place to ensure the actualisation of the upgrade. “The Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) currently offers five accredited medical programmes, with students already in 200 level” “The centre’s management has intensified efforts in providing critical infrastructure for teaching and learning at the facility,” the statement read.
