XMAS : NSCDC Deployes 555 Personels in Zamfara

Nigeria Secuirity and Civil defence Corps has deployed five hundred and fifty five (555) personnel to safeguard citizens and their property during the Christmas & New-year celebrations, proactively, in Zamfara State.

In a Press Statement signed by the Spokesperson of NSCDC, ASC II Umar Mohammad M, issued to the journalists  in Gusau, the State Capital.

According to the Statement, Commandant Sani Mustapha, has confirmed the deployment to various worship centres across the fourteen (14) local government areas of the state to ensure peaceful celebrations.

“The security measures are intensified to ensure successful Yuletide festivities”  Sani Mustapha noted.

Sani Mustapha affirmed consistency and relentless display of professionalism from the NSCDC personnel through the Christmas and new-year season to maintain peace, order and fruitful celebrations efficiently in the state.

“NSCDC under the excellent leadership of the Commandant General, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi OFR mni, is committed to safeguard the populace and protect the nation’s critical assets and infrastructure”

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD).
