ZSYPSA distributes Foodstuff worth over N3m to 117 Members

Zamfara State Youth Provision Stores Association, has distributes Foodstuff, worth N3,958,400 Million to  117 Members of the association.

Speaking at the distribution, Chairman of the association, Alhaji Usman Isah, said the gesture was part of the association effort to assist the Members and Needies.


Alhaji Usman Isah narrated that, the items distributed include, 1 bag of Maize, 1 Cotton of Spagetive, to each of the beneficiaries.

Alhaji Usman Isah called on beneficiaries to utilize the items given to them judiciously, not to sale it out.

“This is not  the first time for the association to distributes such gesture, assured to be Continues”


In his Speech the Secretary of the association, Alhaji Jamilu, noted that, the association was donated Medicine to the Correctional house woth #300,000, which is part of assistance from the association, 

In his Speech Alhaji Hamisu Hamstore, Commended the association for the distribution, also donated N5000, to each of the  beneficiaries.


In his addressed Emir of Gusau, HRH Abdulkadir Ibrahim Bello thanked the association for the gesture, donates N1million to the association Members, urged State Government to assist the association in one way  or the other for it to succeed.

Abdulkadir Ibrahim bello, called on other association to emulate the ZSYPSA by distribution such gesture.


In his remarks Alhaji Hamza Maibulawus expressed happinessed over the distribution, donated N200,000 to the association, reassured to assist the association when need arose.

Speaking on behalf of beneficiaries,  Alhaji Alfa Polo, and Sani auta kofar jange thanked the association for the gesture, assured to use with items given to them judiciously.

In their Separates Speeches, Malan Ahmad Kanoma, and Malan Isah, expressed certification over distribution, described the gesture as timely

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). In a Press Statement signed by the centre’ s Public Relation Officer, Dr. Naziru Tukur and made available to newsmen, said modalities have been put in place to ensure the actualisation of the upgrade. “The Federal University Gusau (FUGUS) currently offers five accredited medical programmes, with students already in 200 level” “The centre’s management has intensified efforts in providing critical infrastructure for teaching and learning at the facility,” the statement read.
