Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps  has decorated its P R O, Mansur Muhammad M, 76 others  with their new Ranks.

Speaking at the decoration ceremony held at the Command Headquarters in Gusau, Commandant, Sani Mustapha said the promotion was based on earlier examinations, as well as dedication and commitment to duty.

“Promotion was in line with the vision and mission of the Commandant-General, Dr. Abubakar Audi, to reward dedicated, loyal and well-trained officers who have distinguished themselves in service to the nation” Sani Mustapha said.

“The  promoted officers Include, five Deputy Commandants (DCC), six CSC, five DSC, 11 ASCI, three ASCII, two IC, 37 AIC–CAII, and the Command Public Relations Officer, who was elevated to ASC I” Sani noted.

Commandant Sani  announced the redeployment of some senior officers, include, DCC Godwin as Head of Budget, Planning and Statistics; DCC Usman Mohamed as Head of Crisis Management, Yusuf Bako as Head of Peace and Conflict Resolution, and Mrs. Ngozi as Head of Exhibit Recovery at the State Command.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD).
