ZMSG INAUGURATES DISTRIBUTION OF ₦10 MILLION, SIX HOUSES, TWO VEHICLES, AND OTHER WELFARE PACKAGES IN T/MAFARA

   The Zamfara State Deputy Governor, Mani Malam Mummuni (Masamar Mudi), has inaugurated the distribution of welfare packages facilitated by the Member representing Talata Mafara North Constituency, Hon, Shamsuddeen Hassan Basko, in Talata Mafara Local Government Area.

  Speaking at the event, the Deputy Governor commended the lawmaker for his foresight and generosity in providing timely support to his constituents, described the gesture as unprecedented and urged other political office holders across the state to emulate such initiatives for the benefit of their communities.

   Malam Mani  reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to improving the welfare of its people, noting that impactful leadership and people-oriented programmes remain central to their administration’s development agenda.

   He called on the people of Talata Mafara area to continue supporting the administration of Governor Dauda Lawal, citing the numerous developmental projects executed in the area.

   Earlier speaking,Member representing Talata Mafara North, Hon. Shamsuddeen Hassan Basko stated that, the intervention was aimed at appreciating his constituents for their unwavering support and cooperation.

   According to him, the welfare package includes ₦10 million financial assistance, six houses, two vehicles, eleven motorcycles, and one hundred JAMB registration forms for orphans and lessprivileged children.

In his remark at the occasion, the Chairman  Talata Mafara Local Government council Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar Yari, said the administration of Governor Dauda Lawal has executed significant capital projects in the area, second only to Gusau, the state capital, emphasized the need for continued support to sustain the government’s development strides.

  The event was attended by the Commissioner for Security and Home Affairs, the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission, a representative of the Emir of Talata Mafara, among other dignitaries.
