2026 Anniversary day : NSCDC Deploys 275 Personnels in Zamfara

The Zamfara State Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), under the inspired leadership of CC Sani Mustapha confirmed the deployment of 275 operational personnel across the state.

This was Contained in a Press Statement Signed by the Sporksperson of NSCDC, ASCI Umar Mohammad M. issued to the Journalists in Gusau.

According to the Statement, the Deployement, is to bolster security, protect lives and property, and to ensure peaceful and secured independence celebration.

“These deployments effectively covers the anniversary celebrations, with the strategic aim of actively strengthening security presence at volatile areas, state borders, metropolitan and sensitive locations not limited to airport, trade fair, recreational centres, motor parks and other public spaces across the fourteen (14) Local Government Areas of the state”

“The state commandant calls for an extensive operational coverage, discipline, consistency and the display of professionalism from all personnel to achieve peace and order, efficiently”

“CC Sani Mustapha reaffirmed that, NSCDC under the distinctive leadership of the Commandant General, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, the Corps is committed to deliver on its mandates and that, the Zamfara state command shall not relent; he reassured the civil populace of the Corps’ resolute obligation of protecting lives, property and critical national assets & infrastructure, noting, any perpetrator apprehended shall face the consequences of his/her action”

“The state commandant extends warm wishes to residents, and a successful and prosperous Independence Anniversary.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD).
