Zamfara : Rochers Okorocher donates N1Million to the Qur'anic Competition

The renown politician in the country, Senator Rochers Okorocha has donated the sum of one million Naira ( N1m ) to the Quranic competition organized by Gusau local government Zamfara state.

Chief. Okorocher, gave the donation at a Closing of the competition under Gusau local Government held at Gusau Emirate Council.

Presenting the Donation,  Rochaers Ocorochar, described the competition as timely and a yeardstic of propagating Islamic religion and improvement of Quranic education among youth in Zamfara state.

He also lauded the efforts of the organizers of the competition for unflinching support and contribution to the development of Islamic knowledge.

He congratulated students who participated in the competition for their successful competition and  urged them to keep it up.

Rochers donated N100,000 to the five years old boy for good recitation of the Verses of holy Qur'an, promised to sponsored the boy's education from nursery up to University.

In his Remarks the Zamfara State Deputy Governor, Senator Hasan Muhammad Nasiha,  pointed out that, the state Government has provided all that is required for the effective, efficient, and successful hosting of the 2022 Local Government, State, and National Quranic Competition in  the State.

He urged Students for more efforts at the State and National Qur'anic Competition levels.

In his addressed, the Emir of Gusau, HRH  Dr, Ibrahim Bello, expressed satisfaction for Qur'anic competition, urged the Students to be good ambassadors were ever they found themselves,

Dr, Ibrahim Bello Commended the organizers of the Competition for their total commitment towards ensuring successful conduct of the competition, calling on them to keep it up.

In his remarks, the Sole administrator Gusau Local Government, Alhaji Sanusi Sarki represented by the council Secretary Secretary, Alhaji Nura Musa, applauded Gusau Emirate for producing the good reciter of the holy Qur'an in the local council.
