Zamfara state Governor Dauda Lawal has been commended  for approved to construct 108 kilometers magami to Dansadau road area of the state.

The commendation was made by the secretary of Gusau local government council Alhaji Hamisu Ibrahim magami, during exclusive interview with The weekly Legacy newspaper correspondence in his office recently.

According to him the commendation become imperative if we considering that the magami to Dansadau road is very important to the people of area in the state.

If we can recall recently the Governor Dauda Lawal has presides over Executive council meeting, approves construction of 108km magami to Dansadau road project. The Governor approved the contract award to Dantata and sawoe construction Co.Ltd, being the lowest responsiveness bidder and shortest contract duration of 18  months at N81.189,223, 505.73.'

According to him magami to Dansadau road is one the major problem facing the area especially on issue of security challenges, added that if the present administration of Dauda Lawal completed the project in 18 months period this will help to reduce security challenges in the areas of the state. He noted that previous Government refused to do the project but Governor Dauda Lawal has made promise to do the project if become zamfara state Governor, now has started to  completed his promise to areas with view to restore peace in the area.

He further stated that the area of magami to Dansadau road will helping to  the zamfara state to get  and provide more food to whole people of the state. 

He also appeal to the Governor Dauda Lawal to assist the magami people and construct modern hospital in the area though the Governor has doing their best in order to revive health system in the state by declared state of emergency on health.

He also use the medium and commended the Governor for awarded contract worth billions under state universal basic education ( SUBEB)  to choose 100 politicians  from 14 local government areas of the and awarded contract to them in order to enhance education of zamfara state.

Provost Federal College of Education Technical (FCET) Gusau, Dr. (Mrs) Onazi B. Oluwatoyin and her management team.
