2026 Eid-el-Fitr Celebration : NSCDC Deploys 643 Personels in Zamfara

Nigeria Secuirity and Civil defence Corps has deploys 643 Personnel to safeguard citizens and their property during the Eid-el-Fitr celebrations, proactively in Zamfara State.

In a Press Statement Signed by the Spokesperson of NSCDC, ACI Umar Mohammad M, issued to the Journalists in Gusau the State Capital.

According to the Statement, Commandant Sani Mustapha has Confirmed the deployment of Personels to various Eid grounds across the fourteen (14) local government areas of the state to ensure peaceful celebrations, pre, active and post (eid-el-Fitr) celebrations.

Sani Mustapha urged the personnel to show character, consistency and display professionalism in the quest to maintain security and order in the state through the festive period, efficiently.

Mustapha affirmed NSCDC under the accomplished leadership of the Commandant General, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, is committed to deliver on its mandate and the Zamfara state command shall not relent.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD).
