ZAMFARA POLICE COMMAND COMMENCE 2026 POLICE CONSTABLE RECRUITMENT EXAMINATION WITH 2000 CANDIDATES.

The Zamfara State Police Command has successfully commenced the 2026 Police Constable Recruitment Examination for shortlisted candidates across the state.

In a Press Statement signed by the Spokesperson of the Command DSP Yazid Abubakar, ANIPR and available to the Journalists in Gusau the State Capital.

According to the Statement, the examination has been carefully structured into four (4) batches, with each batch comprising five hundred (500) candidates. 

“The exercise has so far been conducted in a transparent, orderly, and hitch-free manner”

Statement added that, As part of efforts to ensure compliance with established standards, the Commissioner of Police, Zamfara State Command, CP Ahmad Muhammad Bello, PSC+, MNIPS, paid an inspection visit to the examination venue, encouraged candidates to remain focused, disciplined, and committed to giving their best in the exercise.


“The Commissioner further issued a stern warning against all forms of examination malpractice and other unethical practices, emphasizing that such acts will not be tolerated under any circumstances”

“The Command wishes to inform the general public that the examination will continue as scheduled. All invited candidates are advised to strictly adhere to the rules and guidelines governing the exercise”

“The Zamfara State Police Command remains resolute in its commitment to ensuring a credible, transparent, and merit-based recruitment process”

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD).
