Hypertension day : 54% of People of Gusau has Hypertension in Zamfara

Nigeria Hypertension Society has discover that, 54 Percent of People Gusau have Hypertension, also 6 Percent had Diabetes in Zamfara State.
This was disclosed by the State Co-ordinator Nigeria Hypertension Society who double as Head of Department Family Medicine Federal Medical Center Gusau, Dr, Daninna Muhammad Zaharadeen, during the Celebration of International Hypertension day, held in Gusau.
According to the Dr, Daninna Muhammad Zaharadeen, said they were orgarnize people from Marere, Federal Medical Center, and Unguwar Gwaza in Gusau tested them and distribute free Medicine to them.

Dr, Daninna Muhammad narrated that, every may is to mark as the International hypertension day, to orgarnize people tell them on how to move their life with ease.
Dr, Zaharadeen thanked the collaborators include, Commissioner of Health, Dr Nafisa Muhammad Maradun, Federal Permanent Secretary Federal Ministry of Youth and Development, Dr Maryam Ismail Kenshiro,
Others are Emir of Bungudu and The grand patron of unity school association (USOSA), Alh Attahiru Hassan, The team lead of USOSA also the Zamfara State head of service Alh Yakubu Sani Haidara Mni, M.M Saleh Foundation, AQUATIX Pharmaceuticals Fidson Health Care Plc, and Alh Sulaiman Zumunci.
In their Sperate Sepeeches, Head of Communities of Mareri, Unguwar Gwaza, and Managing Director Federal Medical Center Gusau, Dr, Bello Muhammad Kwatarkwashi, thanked Nigeria Hypertension Society, for program, called on other association to emulate them by doing such gesture.
They called on the Participants to adhere what they learn during the Program, advised them to always visit hospital when time.
In his Speech Dr, Kabiru Sada, expressed happiness over the Program, prayed Allah to protect and the association to the success.
