Zamfara State Governor Dr, Dauda Lawal has been Commended for the appointment of the Hon. Kasimu Yahya Kaura (Shantalin Kaura) as the new Commissioner, Youth and Sports Development.

The Commendation was made by the Chairman National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Zamfara State Chapter, Comrade Nurudeen Salisu.

Comrade Nurudeen Salisu expresses absolute confidence that the Commissioner’s proven administrative competence and public service record will bring renewed vitality to the youth and sports sectors.

“In line with the Rescue Mission Agenda of His Excellency, Governor Dauda Lawal, NYCN is committed to working closely with the new leadership to continue to advance key policy pillars of youth development in the state” Comrade Nurudeen noted.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD).
