World Bicycle day : FRSC Boss, Laud officers, Men for their turn out in Zamfara

The Officers and Men of Federal road safety Corps has been Commended for their turn out to Celebrate World Bicycle day in Zamfara State.

The Commendation was made by the Sector Commander Aliyu Ma'aji, who was represented by DCC Operations Musa Shehu, during the 2026 world bicycle day held in Gusau the State capital.


DCC Musa Shehu described the celebration as Colorful and very interested, Compared to last year, also the officers gos for a 3 kilometers riding on bicycle, to exercise their bodies.

Musa Shehu noted that, United nation marks every 3rd of june to celebrate world  bicycle day, 


He appreciate people of Gusau for their support during the Celebration, called on them to keep it up.

“Riding of bicycle is very important for the live of human being, “not consume fuel, there's economic value”


He called on people to use the idea of riding bicycle In their day to day activities.

In his Speech, State Coordinator Corp Special Marshall Idris Muhammad Idris, said 2026 celebration is very alarming and interested, “we are engage to Exercises our body.


“United nation marks every 3rd june as the world bicycle day, to orgarnize officers, Men and Corp Special Marshall, to celebrate and ride bicycle to a Kilometers, and keep our body feet.

He Commended the Sector Commander for organizing the celebration, actually is highly interested.

He described the relationship between the Special Marshall and Men of the Corp is been cordial, urged both to Maintain the tempo.

FMC Gusau re-affirms Commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital

By Ibrahim Ahmad The Federal Medical Centre (FMC) Gusau on Tuesday , reaffirmed its commitment towards upgrading to a teaching hospital for enhanced service delivery. The Medical Director of the FMC Gusau, Dr Bello Mohammed made the re-affirmation during the inauguration of a medical  “Common room” constructed by the centre’ s branch of the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors (NARD).
