By IbrahimG Ahmad The Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Alausa has commissioned and delivered a library project, executed under  Tertiary Education Trust Fund (Tetfund) 2025 intervention, to Federal University Gusau (FUGUS). Handover the Project, Dr. Maruf Alausa  said, such  facility constituted a  compulsory requirement for all university to get  accreditation, as a learning environment. The minister, who was  represented by  FUGUS Vice Chancellor Prof. Muazu Abubakar noted that, the library would improve learning. “This library has the capacity to accommodate  about 1500 students and if  properly utilised, learning and research activities, not only within the state but  the country as a whole will be enhanced” He urged the university to maintain the facility diligently to enable students and researchers reap the reward of the such huge investment.
